How to use it

How the AI readiness assessment works

It takes about three minutes. There are no right answers; pick what is closest to where you are today.

  1. 01

    Answer 10 questions

Each question measures one area. Choose what is true today, not the ideal; the score only helps if it's honest.

  2. 02

    See your score and band

0–39 getting started, 40–69 experimenting, 70–100 ready to scale. The area bars show where the score comes from.

  3. 03

    Start the first three steps

Suggestions come from your lowest-scoring questions. Finish all three within a month, then take the assessment again.

Method

How the readiness score is calculated

Each question scores 0 to 3; the total out of 30 is scaled to 100. The questions cover six areas: goal, people, process, data and rules, tools, and measurement.

The questions are the ones I ask in the first call before a training. Most AI efforts stall not for lack of tools but because the goal is vague, the process isn't written down or the result isn't measured, so the questions look at the work more than the software.

The score is a starting snapshot, not a certificate. Fill it in with your team: different answers are a finding in themselves.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A short 10-question check of how ready a business or team is to put AI to work, across goal, people, process, data, tools and measurement. It ends with a score out of 100 and three suggested first steps.

How is the score calculated?

Each question scores 0–3 and the total is scaled to 100. 0–39 is getting started, 40–69 experimenting, 70–100 ready to scale. Suggestions come from your lowest-scoring questions.

My score is low. What should I do?

A low score is a signal to build the base, not to buy tools. Pick one job, write down its steps and measure how long it takes today. Once those three are done, choosing tools and training pays off far more.

Who is it for?

Small and mid-sized businesses, agencies and in-house teams that have started trying AI or plan to. A manager can fill it in alone, or the team can do it together.

Are my answers stored?

No. The score is calculated in your browser; your answers are not sent or stored. Only the result band (getting started, experimenting, ready to scale) is counted for analytics.

Privacy and Turkish Data Protection Notice

I am Emre Murat Yıldırım, the data controller operating Invoran as a sole proprietor. Address: Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, Bilişim İnovasyon Merkezi, ODTÜ Teknokent 280, D:G, 06510 Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. Contact me about privacy at emre@invoran.com. Phone: 0539 937 83 72.

I use the name, contact details, service preference and message you provide to respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. I collect this information directly through your chosen communication channel. Processing necessary for a contract or proposal relies on Article 5(2)(c) of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK); processing required by legal obligations relies on Article 5(2)(ç). Automatically collected IP addresses and technical request logs support site and visitor security under the legitimate-interest basis in Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights are not harmed.

I use Hostinger for hosting and content delivery and Wordfence for security. Technical providers may access data as needed to deliver these services. Information may also be disclosed to public authorities when legally required. Google, WhatsApp and other infrastructure services may process data outside Türkiye.

Contact form entries stay in browser memory until you open the WhatsApp link; they are not submitted to this website. Opening the link transfers the draft to WhatsApp. You must then send it in WhatsApp for me to receive your message. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. Training demo entries are also processed in browser memory. You can contact me by email or phone instead.

I use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for visit statistics. Analytics cookies rely on your explicit consent. With the current advanced consent setup, Google may receive measurement signals without cookies even if you decline; this does not imply complete anonymity. I measure visit statistics such as which pages are viewed, how visitors move around a page, and WhatsApp and form clicks; I do not send form field contents to analytics. On the free tools I only measure which tool was used and the result band; the numbers and text you enter never leave your browser.

Advertising and marketing tags: If you allow marketing cookies, the following advertising tags run on this site: the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms, the Google Ads tag by Google and the LinkedIn Insight Tag by LinkedIn. These tags tell the relevant platform which pages you visit and whether you contact me via WhatsApp or the contact form. Details you enter in the contact form, such as name, phone number and email, are irreversibly hashed in your browser before they are sent to Meta; Meta uses them only to match you to a Facebook or Instagram account. I use this information to show you more relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google (including YouTube) and LinkedIn, to measure the results of my ads and to see aggregate company and industry data about site visitors. Data may be processed by these platforms outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. If you do not consent, these tags do not run. You can change or withdraw consent through . See the Cookie Policy for details.

I retain data as needed for its purpose and any applicable statutory retention period, then delete, destroy or anonymize it. Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may request information, correction, deletion, notification of recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation. Send a valid request to my postal address, or use emre@invoran.com when the legal requirements for an electronic request are met. I respond as soon as possible and within 30 days.
