The approach

Corporate AI training that goes beyond watching

Watching demos rarely changes how a team works. In this AI training for employees, you work with examples from your own business: writing prompts, evaluating the outputs and improving them, step by step.

The most important skill isn't writing prompts. It's judging the output: is the information accurate, does it match your brand's voice, and what needs to change before anyone uses it?

One rule runs through every exercise: say clearly what you want, and never let AI fill gaps in your product information with invented features.

I'm Emre Murat Yıldırım. I use these tools to produce websites, content and marketing for clients, and in training I teach the same workflows I rely on in that work.

No previous AI experience is needed. We talk through your starting point in the first consultation, and I adapt the exercises to it.

This is corporate AI training for teams that want work they can use right away. By the end, your team has prompts, drafts and a checking routine built on its own material.

The sample exercise on this page shows the method in miniature: define the need, work through the prompt, then review an editable output. Every session follows the same pattern, so each one ends with something your team can reuse.

Who it's for

An AI workshop for teams, shaped around your work

The exercises come from your business, so the training looks different for every team. Here are a few examples of how it adapts.

  • E-commerce teams

Product descriptions, campaign ideas and short video concepts built from your actual catalog, checked for accuracy before use. You leave with drafts you can publish after a final check.

  • Clinics

Clear service information and social content drafts, with every output reviewed so nothing promises results or invents facts. Accuracy comes before speed.

  • B2B companies

Research, proposals, page content and outreach messages for complex products, written faster and checked more carefully. The focus is on explaining your product clearly.

  • Founders and growing teams

A repeatable way to draft, review and publish without waiting on outside help for every task. The goal is a process you can run again next month.

Training or services

Train your team, hand it over, or both

Either way, you work with me directly. I lead every session myself and adapt the material as we go.

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

What should AI training for employees cover?

AI training for employees should cover the work your team actually does. Mine covers defining a clear need, research and writing with ChatGPT and Claude, image and video production, and web and marketing applications. Throughout, participants practice evaluating outputs and improving them, not just generating them.

How long does corporate AI training take?

My corporate AI training is 8 hours in total. We agree the schedule together: an intensive two-day format or sessions spread over several weeks. The group is 1–4 participants, which keeps it hands-on. Additional training hours can be added and are charged separately.

How much does AI training for employees cost?

The 8-hour hands-on training costs $750 + VAT as a one-time fee, payable in 3 installments, for a group of 1–4 participants. Tool subscriptions, advertising spend and any service work are scoped separately. Additional training hours beyond the eight are charged separately.

Is the training hands-on with our own workflows?

Yes. Every exercise uses examples from your own business, and the tools are selected for your needs. Participants leave with prompts adapted to their work, content drafts they've already worked on, steps for checking outputs and a workflow they can reuse after the training ends.

Do we need previous AI experience?

No. We discuss your team's starting point and the work you want to improve in the first consultation, and I adapt the exercises accordingly. Beginners and people already using AI can train in the same group, because the material comes from your own work rather than a fixed course.
